U.S. Company Cost Calculator for International Founders

See what it really costs to establish and maintain a U.S. company. Compare government fees, recurring state costs and optional operational services over three years.

This free Brightincorp calculator shows what a U.S. company costs to set up and to keep running. Pick an entity type and a state to compare LLC formation costs, state filing fees, annual LLC costs and an estimated three-year total.

It is built for international and non-U.S. founders, so government fees and optional Brightincorp services are always shown separately. Figures were last verified in August 2026.

How we calculate the numbers

Brightincorp uses publicly available state filing and recurring fee information published by each state authority. Government fees are always shown separately from Brightincorp service charges, and one-time formation fees are counted once. Annual obligations are applied each year; biennial obligations are applied every second year.

Government fees and requirements can change. Figures shown here were last verified in August 2026. Brightincorp periodically reviews the data, but users should confirm current government fees before filing.
